WHO I AM
My name is Selina. I am a Ph.D. organizational psychologist, leadership & performance coach, leadership development expert, and former strategy consultant. I am passionate about human development and igniting personal growth and transformation through reflection and awareness. I believe this is driven by my fascination with the vast potential that lies within every human being. By empowering individuals to unlock this potential through my coaching services, as well as supporting them on their journey of self-discovery, I want to improve both individual lives and organizational culture, while also making a positive contribution to societal change.

My vision
My vision is to inspire a new generation of leaders who reflect on their own motivations, values, and limitations, and who are aware of their responsibilities as leaders. Through this evolving awareness, leaders adapt their behavior and motivate their people to find meaning and well-being in their work. In this way, I hope to have a positive impact on individuals, teams and organizations, and contribute to a more conscious and successful workplace culture.

My mission
Through coaching, training, and teaching, my mission is to help leaders and aspiring leaders prioritize their values, set their boundaries, and develop a new awareness of themselves and their work. From this foundation, they can foster a culture of psychological safety in their teams and inspire, motivate, and drive high performance in their people.

How I work
I use state-of-the-art coaching methods and tools. I draw on my experience as an expert in leadership development, the latest findings in leadership research, and my experience as a strategy consultant.
