What is Leadership & Performance Coaching?

In Leadership & Performance Coaching I support leaders, aspiring leaders and teams to realize their full potential. By reflecting on their own motivations, values and limitations, leaders and aspiring leaders develop a new awareness that helps them to inspire their people and contribute to the success of the organization. In Leadership & Performance Coaching, I help leaders to identify and use their values and strengths to lead teams successfully. In particular, I aim to create a culture of psychological safety where people feel free to express their ideas and opinions. In this way I have a positive impact on individuals, teams and organisations, contributing to a more conscious and successful workplace culture.

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals achieve their goals and realize their personal potential. Through coaching, people can gain clarity about their values, goals and beliefs, develop new skills and overcome obstacles. In coaching, I help clients to identify areas for development, set goals and develop plans to achieve those goals. However, coaching is not a counselling process in which coaches give advice or recommendations for action. Instead, I empower people to take responsibility for their decisions and actions and to find their own solutions.

We will arrange a 30-minute "chemistry call" where we can get to know each other, I will present my coaching approach and you can ask questions .

Good chemistry is the foundation for successful coaching . That's why we decide whether we want to establish a coaching relationship.

We begin with sessions . In the first session , we shape our coaching relationship together .

05.

In each session, we work toward your goals , focusing on your concerns and needs .
