Here I will briefly introduce myself, my experience and my achievements.

About me

Hi, I'm Selina. I have a PhD in organizational psychology, am a leadership and performance coach, an expert in executive development, and a former strategy consultant. I'm fascinated by the enormous potential that lies within every person. That's why it's my passion to support people in their personal growth through reflection and self-awareness, so they can better utilize their potential. In doing so, I want to have a positive impact on individuals, teams, and organizations and contribute to a more motivated and successful workplace culture.

In my work, I support new leaders and their teams in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and their needs – creating a work environment where people can work with motivation, focus, and high performance. Through self-leadership, building resilience, and developing emotional skills, we jointly create a foundation for psychological safety. This fosters collaboration that is enjoyable and enables sustainable motivation and performance.

Coaching

In my coaching, I primarily support new leaders and teams in unlocking their full potential. By reflecting on their own motivation, values, and limitations, leaders can develop a new awareness that, combined with my input on evidence-based leadership theories, helps them to inspire, develop, and motivate employees in the long term, thereby contributing to the company's success.

HR Beratung

In HR consulting, I support organizations in developing a conscious leadership culture and in specifically empowering new leaders in their roles. By analyzing existing structures, cultural patterns, and current understandings of leadership, clear areas for development emerge, which are then addressed collaboratively. Based on evidence-based leadership theories, I further support organizations in developing leadership programs to contribute to the previously defined target culture.

Training

My training sessions bring together either small groups of managers or a manager and their team to share experiences, insights, and challenges. Managers can learn from each other, build relationships, and develop new skills, while in teams, the focus is on finding effective ways to collaborate.

In meinen Keynotes bringe ich Impulse mit, die dazu anregen sollen, Führung, Zusammenarbeit und Unternehmenskultur neu zu denken. Ich verbinde wissenschaftlich fundierte Führungstheorien mit praxisnahen Beispielen oder kleinen Übungen, die zum Reflektieren und Handeln anregen. Dabei geht es um Werte, Motivation, psychologische Sicherheit und die Frage, wie Führungskräfte in der heutigen Welt wirksam, menschlich und zukunftsorientiert führen können.
