About me
Hi, I'm Selina. I have a PhD in organizational psychology, am a leadership and performance coach, an expert in executive development, and a former strategy consultant. I'm fascinated by the enormous potential that lies within every person. That's why it's my passion to support people in their personal growth through reflection and self-awareness, so they can better utilize their potential.
In times of change, identity becomes increasingly important: a new leadership role, a restructuring, a team that's being newly formed. Suddenly others look to you and expect something, while you yourself are still figuring out who you want to be in this role. You may have also been in a role for a long time and still don't know who you want to be.
In my work, I help you clarify exactly this question: where you want to stand, what matters to you, what you're good at, and what you also want to leave behind – as an individual, a team, or an organization.

My offer

Coaching
New leaders face two challenges at once: leading and simultaneously discovering who they want to be as a leader. This question isn't unique to them: those who have been in a role for a long time, are in the midst of a transition, or are currently between two career paths also eventually want to know who they truly want to be. I support precisely this process in my coaching – in a calm and safe environment where I listen and challenge where necessary.

HR Beratung
In HR consulting, I support organizations in developing a conscious leadership culture and in specifically empowering new leaders in their roles. By analyzing existing structures, cultural patterns, and current understandings of leadership, clear areas for development emerge, which are then addressed collaboratively. Based on evidence-based leadership theories, I further support organizations in developing leadership programs to contribute to the previously defined target culture.

Training
My training sessions bring together either small groups of leaders or a leader and their team to share experiences, insights, and challenges. Leaders can learn from each other, build relationships, and develop new skills, while teams focus on finding effective ways to collaborate.

Key Note Speaking
In my keynote speeches, I offer insights designed to inspire a rethinking of identity in organizations. I combine scientifically grounded theory with practical examples and short exercises that encourage reflection and action. Among other things, I address the question of how leaders can lead effectively, humanely, and with a future-oriented mindset in today's world.
