Teaching

As an expert in leadership development at the Technical University of Munich, I have the privilege of teaching MBA students, among other things. My focus is on the topic of “Full Range of Leadership” (in particular transformational and transactional behaviors). Here, I use evidence-based methods to help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to become successful leaders.

Through a combination of input, interactive exercises, and individual reflection, I help leaders and junior leaders understand their responsibilities and develop the leadership style that suits them best.
